These apple cinnamon crisps make the perfect healthy and delicious snack any time of the day, and are also great for apple-based dessert decorations.
This is a very new blog so I am working on updating all of my recipe descriptions! In the meantime, you can still find the recipe for these healthy apple crisps below!

RECIPE (2 servings): |
INGREDIENTS: – 2 red apples (any variety should work) – ½ tbsp cinnamon powder – 1 tsp brown sugar (optional, if your apples are sour) METHOD: Preheat the oven to 100C. Cut the apples into thin round slices, use a mandoline if you have one, otherwise a sharp knife will do. Lay the apple slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Using a fine sieve for the cinnamon powder, sprinkle it over the apples, then sprinkle the sugar (optional). Place the tray in the oven for 1.5 – 2hrs (or until you reach desired crispiness), making sure to turn the apples over after 45 mins baking time. And that’s it! Enjoy your healthy snack! |
