Classic British flapjacks with chocolate chips added in, never disappoints!
This is a very new blog so I am working on updating all of my recipe descriptions! In the meantime, you can still find the recipe for these flapjacks below!

RECIPE (makes 9-12 individual squares): |
INGREDIENTS: – 350g porridge oats – 75g brown sugar – 4 tbsp honey – 220g butter – 100g dark chocolate chips METHOD: Preheat oven to 190C. First Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat then add sugar and honey. Pour the melted mixture into the bowl of oats and mix well. Wait for the mixture to cool before mixing in the choc chips. Line a 30 x 23cm baking tin with baking paper then transfer mixture inside, flattening down with a spoon. Bake for 17 – 20 mins. TIP: cut the flapjacks into squares while still hot out of the oven, SO much easier! Enjoy! |
