Welcome to my world of desserts and photography!

Hi! I’m Ine, a dual British-French citizen that has been living in Paris since 2010. My discovery of French patisseries is what sparked my passion for baking and developing my own dessert recipes. I’m a self-taught baker that is constantly looking to learn and improve, so would love to hear from you if you try out any of my recipes (most recipes are my own, a few are inspirations from amazing pastry chefs and talented bakers in this wonderful baking community)!
I’m also passionate about food photography, so I’ll be sharing my journey of learning all the new techniques and possibilities in this beautiful field.
